Accessing the web-based software

Once you have contacted customer support to gain access please follow the steps below:

1. Once the appropriate order is open simply click on the "Open Order in Web-Based Software" link
2. Your order will then be retrieved and open to the overview page of the report.

3. Pitches can be set one of three ways:
   1. One can utilize the table to the right to manipulate each individual plane.
   2. Left-click anywhere on the diagram to "Set All Pitches"
   3. Left-click inside of a plane on the diagram and choose "Set Pitch & Direction".
   
4. A field verified reference dimension can be implemented by Left-clicking directly on the Reference (R) line.
   
5. The adjustments tab can be utilized by filling in the appropriate linear Width and Length of any addition. A pitch factor can be applied to the dimension so the square footage is exact.
   
6. The notes field can be populated with job specific notes you wish to see on the PDF version of the final report.
   
7. Additional Items
   1. By Left-clicking on any blank area inside of the Web-Based Software a prompt will populate the options to:
      1. Save - Save any changes made to the report for future reference.
      2. Generate Report - Allows you to save a PDF version of the report.
      3. Reset - Revert to the original numbers and settings we provided.
